Wing Commander NS Dhanjal	EC 1989 President nsd1967@gmail.com Narinder S Dhanjal completed his B.Tech (CS) in the year 1989. He was commissioned in the Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) branch of the Indian Air Force on 04 Sep 89 and presently is a Wing Commander. During his past 22 years of service, he has worked on various weapon systems including aircraft, missiles and radar. He was the key member of Indian Air Force team, which designed and implemented the Integrated Material Management Online System (IMMOLS) for the entire Indian Air Force. He has flown IL-76 aircraft as Flight Engineer and also has the distinction of flying AWACS aircraft of Russian Air Force. He has also participated in various joint exercises with USAF. On the educational front also he has been keeping himself abreast with the technological advancement and continued enhancing his academic acumen. He has completed his M Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from Bangalore, PG in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (CIMS) from Chandigarh, IT in Management from NITIE Mumbai and CCNA from CMC Info Systems Delhi.
R. S. Bhoomla	EC 1993 Vice President bhoomla11@rocketmail.com Lt col RS Bhoomla passed out in 1993 as B Tech (EC). Joined Alcatel Alsthom (Now AREVA) in low voltage eqpt divison before joining the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehradun in Jan 1995. After rigourous Army Training was commissioned as Lieutenant in Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers (EME) in Dec 1995. Served in extreme terrorist infested areas of J & K in the service of the nation. Presently Assistant Director of EME at Head Quarter Central Command, Lucknow. Happily married to Anu and proud father of Katyayni and Devyani.
Hariom Sharma	CE 1990 General Secretary hariom.sharma.lko@gmail.com Hariom Sharma is B.Tech. in Civil Engg from IET Lucknow (Passing year 1990). Coming from a village in Aligarh, he takes inspirations from nature and believes in experimental and practical engineering. This zeal of learning was fostered in able guidance of Prof. R.S. Nirjar, former Chairman of AICTE, ISTE and Ex-Vice Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University, Greater NOIDA. Er. Sharma is working for U.P.R.N.N. as an Assistant Resident Engineer since 1991 presently posted at Lucknow. His areas of works are canal lining, various U.P. Government buildings including one of them challenging lecture theatres building of medical college at Saifai (Etawah district) in record time and construction of various jails of U.P. Government. He is also a deep thinker and a great motivation for his friends.
Kaushal Varshney	EE 1993 Secretary 1 kaushalv@hotmail.com Kaushal belongs to Hathras, and was graduated from IET in 1993 with major in Electrical Engineering. After working as customer support Enginner in CMC for two years, he joined Hughes Software Systems in July'1995 in MIS department, where he helped build first software development centre in Gurgaon. He moved to silicon valley in California USA in Nov'1997, and worked as independent consultant in the field of Systems & Network design and administration for various companies. In Feb'1999, Kaushal joined Cisco Systems, where he has worked in many roles such as DevTest Engineer for security and voip products, Solution Architect, Product Technical Marketing, and finally Corporate Technical Marketing for Small Business series products. He lives in Santa Clara, California with his wife Shipra, son Nilay and daughter Richita. He is socially active in local Indian community, managing weekly program "Balagokualm" where kids learn and practice Indian games and tradition in enjoyable manner. He has organized two get-togethers of IETians living in North California.
Mohit Goyal	MCA 2001 Secretary 2 mohit_y2k@live.com Mohit Goyal, an MCA, passed out of IET in 2001. He has been very active on stage through ENCORE during college days and even afterwards. After working for HCL Perot Systems(Bangalore), Flextronics Industries (China), Mahindra Satyam (managed multiple assignments in India and USA), Egon Zehnder International (Gurgaon), he joined Infosys Technologies Ltd in January'2011 as Lead Consultant. He is a fun loving person. He lives in Pune with his wife, Vidhu and son, Rhythm. Mohit has joined Anti Corruption Movement and he is core member of the VOY (Voice of Youth) committee in Infosys working for social cause.
Kavita Agrawal	CSE 1993 Treasurer kavitalucknow@gmail.com After she graduated from IET in 1993 she is being into academics. She have done her MTech (CS) and currently she is working at Integral university , Lucknow as assistant professor. Earlier she has worked with BBDNITM, Lucknow. She visits IET regularly, specially during exams as external examiner.

Shashikant Katiyar	CSE 1989 Member Advisory Committee shashisan@yahoo.com Shashi, a B. Tech. in Computer Sciences, passed out of IET in 1989. After working for Uptron’s software division in Lucknow for 2 years, he joined Tata Consultancy Services in 1991 where he managed prestigious clients such as JP Morgan and Citibank. Shashi left TCS in 1997 to start his own company ‘Antrix Corporation’ in Miami USA. The products developed by Antrix were rated amongst the best in the Industry by IBM. After working in USA for over 10 years, he returned to India in 2002 and joined Polaris Software as Vice President. He moved back to USA in 2004 and currently working at Intel Corporation. He lives in Folsom (California USA) with his wife Sangeeta and 2 sons, Eashaan & Devansh. Shashi is very active in the local Indian community and managing a weekly program ‘Balagokulam’ to impart Indian traditions & values to young kids.
VPN Maurya	EC 1990 Member Advisory Committee vijai.maurya@tcs.com Vijai P N Maurya is 1990 passout from EE branch and M.Tech from IT-BHU, winner of First prize in ISTE-L&T Award for best M.Tech Thesis of 1994. Vijai is working for TCS for last 17 years and is currently in role of Senior Systems Architect. He stays in Noida with wife Niranjana, daughter jahvani and son Vikhyat.His areas of interest are Design of High Performance Systems, Perpetual Motion Machines, Para-sciences. His current project of personal interest is "3-D Model of Indian Predictive Jyotish".
Shivam Patel	CSE 2006 Member Advisory Committee shivam@shivampatel.net "Shivam Patel has been associated with the college website activities since long. It started when he made the placement website for the Institute in 2005. That helped in automating many manual tasks of the placement cell. He still administers the placement website years after it was developed. In 2008, he developed the email system for the Institute so that every professor and student can have email ids on institute's domain. He is a 2006 passout from CS department. After working for Wipro for 2 years, he moved to pursue his MS in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University, USA (2008-2010). He loves coding for this website and finds this as an opportunity to payback what he got from Institute. His career interests are systems programming and computer security."
